We process Google account identity data needed for login, workspace settings, subscription status, payment references, security/audit events, and donation details submitted by viewers. We do not store full card numbers; payment details are handled by ECPay.
We use information to authenticate users, operate overlays and donation pages, collect subscription fees, prevent fraud, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
We share information with infrastructure, database, email, authentication, and payment providers only as needed to provide the service or comply with law. Streamer-entered donation content is visible to the workspace owner and may be displayed in their overlay.
We retain account, billing, and audit records for operational and legal needs, then delete or anonymize them according to the owner’s documented retention schedule. Credentials are encrypted at rest in production and access is restricted by workspace.
Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to identity verification and records we must retain by law.
