Terms of Service

Effective date: July 11, 2026

Before launch, the owner must confirm the governing law, legal business name, billing entity, and support contact with qualified counsel.

1. Service

DonationBar provides livestream donation pages, OBS browser-source overlays, and related workspace tools. You are responsible for your stream content, links, messages, and compliance with the rules of your streaming platform.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must keep account and workspace information accurate and protect access to your authentication account. Do not use the service to impersonate others, distribute malware, violate law, or interfere with another workspace.

3. Trials and subscriptions

Eligible accounts receive the trial displayed at signup. A trial may be limited to one per person, device, or household and may be withdrawn when abuse is detected. Paid subscriptions renew at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future recurring charges through the payment provider; access remains available through the paid period shown in your account.

4. Payments and donations

DonationBar subscription payments are processed by ECPay using the platform billing account. Streamer donations are paid through the streamer’s configured payment provider and are not funds held or guaranteed by DonationBar. Payment disputes and refunds follow the applicable provider rules and law.

5. Availability and termination

We may suspend access for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability; do not use the overlay as an emergency or safety-critical system.
